we’re hiring!

Let’s talk about how you can become part of our growing team.

  •   The serving spoon is amazing! Although it’s a busy location, I love that you get seated, your food comes out hot and fresh and I love the ambiance. Very intimate and the bar setting is also nice. The potatoes are amazing and a must have when you go. The customer service was amazing and I can’t wait to return

Food was great, not too long of a wait. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. The only real negative is the parking might be a little tight.

Delicious breakfast burrito and pancakes, wonderful service, great coffee and they kept it coming. The people who work there are all lovely. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area.

The food is so good, everything is seasoned to perfection, fish and pork chop were perfectly cooked, and the sides are also good!

Although it was a bit of a wait and parking is chaotic for this place, the food was an incredible experience. It’s like eating a meal your grandma cooked with love. I don’t live in the LA area, but if I am around the vicinity of this place, I know where I am going for breakfast.

The last time I was here, the food was delicious. The weight was a little long, but it’s worth it because the food is good. Everyone in there is so warm and welcome in and friendly. The last time I was there someone was choking. I had to do the Heimlich maneuver she was fine after and this is how good the restaurant is. They did not charge us or bill was zero that showing they are good people like I say I enjoy the food every time I go never disappointed.

This place is a staple in Inglewood and serves the comfort food that we all know and love. It’s always packed so the wait time even with a reservation is a while, but totally worth it. I highly recommend the catfish nuggets with greens and macaroni and cheese. Delicious!

Love The Serving Spoon!! An overall 5 stars!! We came in on a Sunday after we got out of church and they were packed. A 50 minute wait but well worth it! Food was so good, we ordered chicken wings and waffles, the grits and shrimp and the little spoon French toast. The kids had cheesy eggs, bacon and a side of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was so good I ordered a side to myself and the cornbread is the best I have ever had. And service was so friendly, from the hostess to server just a wonderful staff team!! The inside has mostly booths which I really like. Can’t wait to come back!
